For this week’s Bachelorette Panel on Facebook Live, country musicians Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney of Dan + Shay, who will perform on The Bachelorette on Tuesday, June 7, sat down with Us Weekly Video Correspondent Christina Garibaldi and Us Weekly Executive Producer Kim Rittberg and dished about JoJo Fletcher, Chad’s nuttiness and what it was like to perform on the ABC dating show.
As seen in the video above, the panel talked in depth about Fletcher’s awkward hot yoga date with Chase in the June 6 episode, which required them to do some pretty intimate poses. The “19 You + Me” singers teased that Dan would show off some hot yoga poses on the next episode.
The conversation then turned toward this season’s villain, Chad, and his epic confrontation with Evan on the group date. Shay’s gut reaction to Chad’s head shot: “Oh, God, he’s the worst. Just looking at him, this guy is gonna find me and beat me up.”
Avoiding too many spoilers about Tuesday’s episode, the country crooners said they performed their current single “From the Ground Up” and spent hours filming their scene for The Bachelorette. But Dan did offer a tiny teaser about the romantic date to come, telling Us Weekly Video, “It was steamy.”
