Well, that’s one way to get noticed. Farrah Abraham has recently been using the hashtag #HurricanePatricia on Instagram posts that have nothing to do with the subject, presumably so she can get more likes and shares.
The Teen Mom OG star, 24, has been using the hashtag — created in response to the destructive hurricane currently underway in Mexico — on her recent Instagram photos.
In one post she shared on Saturday, Oct. 24, in which she also references current trending topics like Adele’s new single and One Direction’s upcoming album, Abraham shared a photo of artwork for Drake’s current hit “Hotline Bling,” captioning the pic, “Great artwork for this song. Love where @Drake gets his bling. @FarrahsFriends #birthday #Adele #OneYearSinceStealMyGirl #HurricanePatricia.” Farrah’s Friends refers to her webcam modeling website that she owns with her friends.
And in another pic she shared on Friday, Oct. 23, that promotes her webcam site, she added the caption, “It’s live! Make money with me! Follow @farrahsfriendslive #webcamtoy #Patricia.” In the pic, Abraham poses in a bikini, with numerous $100 bills appearing at the bottom of the pic.
Abraham has seemed to previously piggyback on trending hashtags, including the popular hashtags #BackToTheFuture, #SquadGoals, and #Tidalx1020, while promoting herself and her website in photos that have nothing to do with the popular trends.
Just last week, the Teen Mom star went under the knife yet again for her third breast augmentation, telling Us Weekly the reason for it was due to “reconstruction purposes.”
