Greg Norman, Chris Evert Split
Golf pro Greg Norman and tennis icon Chris Evert have split, the Associated Press reports.
The couple announced they have separated 15 months after they were married.
"We will remain friends and supportive of one another's family," the couple, both 54, said in a statement.

The couple -- who wed in the Bahamas in June 2008 -- was seen together just three weeks ago at the U.S. Open tennis tournament in NYC.
Norman is set to serve as a captain in the Presidents Cup in San Francisco next week.

This was Evert's third marriage and Norman's second.

I just knew this marriage wouldn't last. There is something wrong with Chris Evert--serial marriages--and Norman was a fool to fall for her conniving and maniupulating. She got what she wanted, and I suppose now she's on to the next guy. Or, maybe she just got tired of him. I doubt Norman is the one who wanted the split--he was so pu**y whipped over her. Maybe she's taken up with John Edwards.
As a big fan fo G.Norman, I was shocked to hear of the seperation especially having seen them recently doing an interview together in China looking like they were the perfect couple.As the saying goes"If you want to know the real me,come and live with me"!!Ouch!
Karma, I'd say Norman is totally heartbroken, remember she has done this 3 times now so, I think Andy will have her back, Laura and Greg no way. Sad

Greg Norman looks older than dirt. Regardless, you know he had an affair. Why the sudden divorce? She left her family and he left his, to marry and get ANOTHER divorce. Norman's EX-wife came out of this the best. She got around $100 million settlement, due to his unfaithfulness and stupidity! She's laughing at the bank, probably glad now she's rid of him! Gosh, between him and Everett, what happened to their happily ever after? Really, wonder what went down that QUICK to cause this? Pie in their faces, wonder how they look their kids in the face. Two families went down thanks to their selfishness. Chris Evert's husband was hard broken when she dumped him for his good friend, Greg Norman. Chris Evert and Andy Mills were raising 3 sons when Chris broke up the family. Greg Norman was married for 25 years. What a shame. They can't go back to what they had. You play with fire, you are going to get burned.
The best case of Karma I ever heard of. Norman divorced his wife and gave her at least 100 million to marry Chris Evert in a quickie wedding. Prolly Everet was pressuring Norman. Next, the economy tanked. Whatever he has left is worth a hell of a lot less today. (Real Estate, stocks, etc.) Serves both of them right!! Obviously, it didn't turn out to be the Brady Bunch.
