New year, same sizzling bikini bod! Selena Gomez showed off her toned figure in an Instagram snap on Saturday, January 2, in which she thanked fans for their constant support over the past year.
“Left my phone behind to be present!” she captioned the photo. “I am so grateful for the people I’ve met this year but more importantly for the people who have been consistent and by my side through thick and thin. That’d be YOU. Thank you for another year! Love you guys!”
In the photo, Gomez, 23, and four friends lounge around in what looks like a sunny, tropical setting, with the singer striking a sassy pose in the back while wearing a bright blue bandeau two-piece.
The “Hands to Myself” singer made headlines last month after she dined with old pal Niall Horan, causing fans to speculate that the two pop stars were an item. A source confirmed to Us, however, that Gomez is very much still single.
Then later that same evening, Gomez’s old flame Justin Bieber serenaded her with a cover of The Temptations’ “My Girl” at a piano bar in the Montage Beverly Hills, causing another uproar on social media.
But on New Year’s Eve, Bieber, 21, rang in the New Year with longtime pal Hailey Baldwin.
“New Years,” the 19-year-old model captioned the black-and-white photo, which shows her with her arms wrapped around Bieber’s neck and shoulders.
Bieber and Gomez dated on-and-off for three years before finally calling it quits in 2013.
