    I had to leave a comment;Oh my was she doing so good with her career,I wish i was her manager @that time,would have told her to take a larger plane,instead of craming everything into that small plane then.I was so excited for her successful career blossoming as it did.My condolasens to her family.

    I cried hard when I heard she died. It was a sad time. She passed right before my bday. I'll never forget it. I was in Frenchlich Indiana on my way to walmart to buy her new cd... When we got back to the condo it was all over the news. That whole night they played videos about her life. I could listen to the song Whatever for the longest time without crying because it played in the background to her tribute videos. Rest in Peace babygirl.

The Grammy-nominated R&B singer died in a plane crash in the Bahamas in August 2001. The 22-year-old had numerous hit songs to her name and was due to costar in the sequel to The Matrix.
