Apparently a blue wig didn't provide enough color for Katy Perry!

Clad in a leopard jacket and a tight leather skirt, the 25-year-old "California Gurls" singer sported rainbow locks -- presumably from clip-in hair extensions -- while attending the Scissor Sisters concert in NYC Wednesday.
