After hitting up Eclipse's L.A. premiere Thursday night, Kourtney Kardashian declared, "I'm Team Edward!"

Of course, the girls are talking about the two guys (played by Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner respectively) competing for Bella's (Kristen Stewart) heart in the vampire franchise, which hits theaters June 30.

I don't understand this 'Team Edward' or 'Team Jacob' concept people keep talking about. For goodness sake they represent vampires, those who suck or drain the life blood out of people for the fun of it. What is it about 'ashes to ashes, dust to dust' people are having a hard time with? I DEFY anybody to show me one person who has come back from the dead, that is verifiable and documented by many and not just a few? Can't do it. Robert and Taylor are both promising young actors, don't make them out to be something they are not. Allow them to grow in their personalities and their characters write the story of their history, otherwise you will be immortalizing them as you have done with Michael Jackson, and that was not fair to him either. We speak of 'his quirks', (Michaels) guess who fed his illness? Magazines and people made him out to be the reincarnation of the Savior when all he was and wanted to be was a great musician and talent and loved son and brother. He sought love through his exposure to others and it got way out of hand. Let them enjoy their moments and don't turn them into something they are not.
