Beyonce likes to say that she's laid her Sasha Fierce alter ego to rest -- but you'd never know it from her fourth solo album! After some slow, simmering jams (like the Kanye West–helmed "Party"), it explodes for the last five tracks, from the old-school R&B feel of "Love on Top" to the ferocious closing single, "Run the World (Girls)."
