This quirky and emotional new dramedy, set at a fat camp for teens, is appealing from the get-go, thanks to leading lady Nikki Blonsky. The Hairspray sweetie is hilariously tart and real as Willamena, a Twinkie loving rebel furious about being shipped off to Camp Victory. Though she's surrounded by the all too familiar snooty rival, crush-worthy boy and tough counselor, the characters' bright dialogue ups the originality. All in all, hugely entertaining. (ABC Family, 9 P.M.)
