With buzz ever-escalating -- an all-Madonna episode! — how is this agreeable hit's return installment? A bit off-key. The main plot is certainly sweet: Will (Matthew Morrison) instructs the kids to perform a routine (the soul classic "Proud Mary") in wheelchairs so they can better relate to paraplegic Artie (Kevin McHale). What's missing is Glee's usual peppy wit, though Jane Lynch's snarky coach Sue does score her thousandth belly laugh. (Fox, 9 P.M.)
