Baby makes three! Kylie Jenner is “loving starting a family” with her boyfriend, Travis Scott, a source tells Us Weekly exclusively.
“Kylie is doing great,” the insider says of the 20-year-old reality star, who gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday, February 1. “She is so happy. Her family and friends are all around her.”
Caitlyn Jenner included. According to the source, Kylie’s father, who was married to Kris Jenner from 1991 to 2015, “has seen the baby.” (Another source previously told Us that the former Olympian was “excited” but “also worried” about her youngest daughter becoming a mother.)
The Lip Kit creator, who chose to keep her pregnancy private, announced the arrival of her first child with 25-year-old Scott, whom she began dating in April 2017, with an Instagram post on Sunday, February 4. “I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys,” Kylie wrote in a message to her 102 million followers.
“My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world,” she continued. “I knew for myself i needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way i knew how. … pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering, and life changing experience I’ve had in my entire life and I’m actually going to miss it.”
Kylie also shared an 11-minute video on Sunday afternoon that documented her pregnancy, baby shower and other events from the past nine months. The montage ended with the sound of Kylie’s baby crying in the delivery room, followed by a note that read, “To our daughter Feb 1 8 lbs 9 oz 4:43 PM.”
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has yet to announce the name of her bundle of joy. By examining possible clues from social media, fans have speculated that the baby may be named Butterfly, Posie (a nickname for Mariposa, a Spanish word that translates to “butterfly”) or Monarch.
