On March 8 in Leicester, England, the Duchess, whose manicure is usually one with a glossy clear polish, chose a sheer pink color to complement her teal dress with a peplum waist.
Back in September, Kate Winslet's manicurist, Deborah Lippmann, explained to Us Weekly that most stars opt for neutral nail lacquer hues like peach, beige and light pink so they don't clash with their red carpet ensembles.
"Nails have to coordinate with what the celebrity is wearing and often times they don't know until the day of or as close as an hour before they leave their house or hotel," the celebrity nail pro told Us.
