School’s out for summer! Fans have less than a month to wait before the highly anticipated Netflix prequel series to the 2001 cult classic film Wet Hot American Summer is released. The series, Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, has released its first full-length trailer, and it’s already getting viewers, well, hot.
The comedy series features all the same now-big-name stars, including Bradley Cooper, Amy Poehler, Molly Shannon, Christopher Meloni, Paul Rudd, Michael Ian Black, Janeane Garofalo, Elizabeth Banks, and David Hyde Pierce — to name a few.
But we also see some new faces like Kristen Wiig, Jason Schwartzman, Josh Charles, and Lake Bell.
Already in the trailer Rudd’s sullen teen Andy has an epic motorcycle entrance and manages to rock a pair of jorts like a pro. But that’s nothing compared to Cooper’s Ben and Black’s McKinley wearing one-shouldered leotards, and Charles’ new character and his triple-popped collar(s).

Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp premieres on Friday, July 31 on Netflix.
