
Jordyn Wieber
Jordyn Wieber is an American gymnast most well-known for her accomplishments in U.S. Women’s Gymnastics. She was part of the gold medal-winning team at the 2012 Summer Olympics, commonly known as the “Fierce Five.”
She began her career in junior gymnastics and earned the Junior International Elite level, holding the ninth spot at the National Championships. In 2009, she won the all-around competition at the American Cup. She also competed at the Pacific Rim Gymnastics Championships, Visa Championships and World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She placed fourth in the 2012 Summer Olympics after Aly Raisman and Gabby Douglas. Once the games had finished, she revealed that she had been competing with an injury.
Upon retiring from the sport in 2015, Wieber graduated with a degree in psychology from UCLA in 2017 and coached at her alma mater. In 2018, she was one of many who testified as a victim of sexual abuse by doctor Larry Nassar, former USA Gymnastics doctor.
In 2025, Wieber entered the reality TV world and joined the cast of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
Wieber married Olympian Chris Brooks in 2023, and the couple revealed they were expecting their first child in December 2024.
