Luann de Lesseps

Luann de Lesseps, born May 17, 1965, is known as the Countess from Bravo reality series The Real Housewives of New York City. The former Wilhelmina model received the distinction when she married ex-husband, and French count, Alexandre de Lesseps. The couple separated in March 2009 as reports surfaced that Alexandre was cheating with an Ethiopian woman. The former couple have two children together: Victoria and Noel.
As the prim and proper member of the group of women on RHONYC, de Lesseps was often criticized by her castmates for being hypocritical and acting superior. She even wrote a book, Class with the Countess, about manners and etiquette.
The single housewife debuted her first single, “Money Can’t Buy You Class,” in 2010.
