Scottie Scheffler is a professional golfer known for his dominance on the PGA Tour and his rise to world No. 1. Scheffler spent his early years in Dallas, where he developed his golf game at a young age. He attended Highland Park High School, where he won multiple state titles for golf before committing to the University of Texas.

Scheffler went professional in 2018 and steadily climbed the ranks before breaking out during the 2021–22 season. He secured his first PGA Tour win at the WM Phoenix Open in 2022 and quickly followed it with multiple victories, including his first major title at the Masters Tournament. His rapid success propelled him to the top of the Official World Golf Ranking, solidifying his status as one of the sport’s leading players.

Scheffler married Meredith Scudder in 2020 after the two met in high school. The couple share two sons: Bennett (born in 2024) and Remy (born in 2026).
