Can’t stop, won’t stop! Khloé Kardashian is hard at work in the gym after giving birth to daughter True.

The Revenge Body host, 33, disclosed details about her fitness regimen and revealed that getting her physique back after welcoming her little girl is no easy task.

“It’s been so great getting back in the gym with my trainer. I’m so motivated to get my body back and I’m feeling stronger every day — and getting closer to my goal!” Kardashian, who gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson in April, wrote via a blog post on Tuesday, June 12. “You know I like to go into things with a plan and I definitely have a lot of work ahead, but I’m pumped!”

The Good American founder is focused on toning her core area, according to her trainer, Joel “Coach Joe” Bouraïma.

“Even before pregnancy, the stomach was something Khloé wanted as clean as possible. And now, it’s even more an area that she wants back,” Bouraïma wrote of Kardashian, who has taken to social media the past month to share photos of herself working out. “But the thing is, I don’t target this area with [a] lot of abs and core training. Yes, we work on it, but after a pregnancy, the abs are an area to take care of and not work too intensely. Right now is more of a preparation for what we’re going to do once she’s back in L.A. Then we can start all the serious work!”

The Strong Looks Better Naked author moved to Cleveland, Ohio, to be with Thompson, 27, shortly before welcoming True. However, momager Kris Jenner exclusively revealed to Us Weekly on May 31 that her daughter will “be home soon” for good.

Just days before going into labor, Us confirmed that the Cleveland Cavaliers player had been cheating on Kardashian throughout her pregnancy. Although the E! personality has stayed by Thompson’s side, a source previously told Us that her family wants her back in L.A.

“Khloé shipped everything to Cleveland. She was fully moved in there. She was planning on raising the baby full time and making that her and her daughter’s home,” an insider recently told Us. “Kris, and sisters Kim and Kourtney, all had concerns about her relationship with another basketball player, and now their feels appear to have serious merit.”

Jenner, 62, opened up about the scandal during an interview with Us on Friday, June 9, noting that she “really trusts Khloé.”

“Tristan, yeah. He’s great. Yeah, he’s good. I think you just have to be there for your kid and follow their lead,” she said at the time. “I’m not in that relationship or in that situation, so I really trust Khloé. She’s so smart, and such a great girl, and she’ll figure it out.”
