Looking better than ever! Tyler Baltierra has been slimming down and he isn’t shying away from showing off his hard work.
“OH DAMN SON! Hey there jawline, how you doing? I missed ya man hahaha,” the 26-year-old reality star wrote alongside an Instagram photo of his profile on Wednesday, January 24. “For real though, it feels so damn good dropping this weight. The cool thing about confidence is that it looks good on EVERYONE! #LifestyleChanges #Motivated.”
As previously reported, the MTV personality revealed on January 18 that he had lost 26 pounds in just five weeks. He shared before and after photos side-by-side via Instagram at the time, debuting his transformation.
“26lbs DOWN!!! To be honest I didn’t even want to take a before picture, because I was already thinking of me not sticking with it & then having the evidence of failure to look back on,” the Tierra Reign owner captioned the collage. “Buy DAYYUMM dude! This got me feeling some type of way right now! Left picture was almost 5 weeks ago & Right picture was today. Eating healthier just feels better & obviously looks better hahaha lol BOOM!”
Baltierra may be taking cues from wife Catelynn Lowell, who is also on a journey to improve her well-being. The 25-year-old Conquering Chaos author announced on January 17 that she was checking herself back into rehab. This came nearly two and a half weeks after returning home from a six-week stay in treatment, which was prompted by suicidal thoughts.
“Well they say third times a charm… I’m going back to treatment people for 6 weeks to work on my trauma and getting on different meds,” she tweeted at the time. “THANK YOU @TylerBaltierra I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You are my light!! And nova you are my sunshine #KeepTalkingMH.”
The couple, who share 3-year-old daughter Novalee, frequently take to social media to express their love for one another. During Lowell’s most recent stay in rehab, Baltierra shared several updates with fans on her condition and overall improvement.
“My wife is incredibly strong & courages,” he gushed late last month. “She inspires me to just be a better human being all around & I’m so honored to share my life with such a selfless soul. I love her so much & can’t wait for her to be home #CatelynnStrong.”
