“Yes, we want more children,” Lowell, 27, tells Us Weekly exclusively. “We really want to try for a boy.”

While the Conquering Chaos author and her husband, Baltierra, also 27, are looking forward to having their fourth child together, they want to “wait until Vaeda is a little older, like, six months to a year,” before they try to get pregnant.

Lowell suffered a miscarriage in 2017 and told Us in September 2018 that the couple weren’t trying for another baby when she got pregnant with Vaeda, now 3 weeks. “This baby is our rainbow after the storm,” she gushed. “We were using protection and everything. This baby just wanted to be here. It was very unexpected.”

The duo revealed during a December episode of Teen Mom OG that they were planning to name their youngest child Tezlee, but ultimately decided to make a change. “Every time someone would say Tezlee, we would cringe! It just wasn’t sitting with us like it did at first,” the former 16 & Pregnant star explained to Us. “Tyler told me about the name Vaeda and I fell in love with it! It’s from the movie My Girl, which is a movie that Tyler showed me years ago.” (The character Vada, spelled without the “E,” was played by Anna Chlumsky in the 1991 film.)

The reality stars placed their first daughter, Carly, now 9, for an open adoption in 2009. They welcomed daughter Novalee on New Year’s Day 2015. Lowell suffered from postpartum depression after she gave birth to Nova, now 4, but worked with a psychologist who specializes in trauma during her third pregnancy.

“I’m not anxious. I’m not depressed,” Lowell told Us in September 2018. “I’m actually in a good mental state with this [pregnancy].”
