They’re all grown up! Gwyneth Paltrow shared a rare photo of her daughter, Apple, and her son, Moses, on Instagram on Sunday, August 26.
Apple, 14, and Moses, 12, look less than thrilled at the prospect of summer coming to an end as they stand side-by-side in a backyard. “Noooooo summer don’t go,” the Oscar winner, 45, captioned the post.
This is the first picture of Paltrow’s children that she has uploaded since wishing their father and her ex-husband, Chris Martin, a happy Father’s Day in June.
The actress and the Coldplay frontman, 41, called it quits in March 2014 after 10 years of marriage. She announced the split — which she famously called a “conscious uncoupling” — on her lifestyle blog, Goop. The exes have since maintained a close relationship as they coparent Apple and Moses.
Paltrow is now engaged to Brad Falchuk. Us Weekly exclusively revealed in November 2017 that the TV writer, 47, proposed to the Shakespeare in Love star after more than three years of dating. The couple, who met on the set of Glee in 2014, confirmed their engagement in a statement to Goop magazine in January: “We feel incredibly lucky to have come together at this juncture in our lives when our collective successes and failures can serve as building blocks for a healthy and happy relationship.”
The future bride and groom don’t plan on expanding their family, though. “Neither of us want more kids. We’re on the same team,” she said on The Howard Stern Show on May 23. (Falchuk shares son Brody and daughter Isabella with his ex-wife, Suzanne Bukinik.)
“It’s always tricky with kids and trying to gently blend families,” the Avengers star added. “It’s hard.”
