In this together! Jessica Simpson and her husband, Eric Johnson, welcomed their third child, Birdie, on March 19, and parenthood has been a “totally different experience” for the couple this time around, a source says exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly.
The pair, who tied the knot in 2014, already share daughter, Maxwell, 6, and son, Ace, 5. Six months after announcing that they were expecting a fifth member of their family, Simpson gave birth and posted a sweet shot of all three siblings on Instagram.
“We are so happy and proud to announce the birth of our perfect daughter, Birdie Mae Johnson,” the actress captioned the photo. “3.19.19. 10 Pounds 13 Ounces.”
Johnson has been a “super dad” since her arrival, the source tells Us. The kids are also “very helpful and sweet with the baby. They’re both very curious and like to be involved.”
