Double the fun! Kaitlyn Bristowe revealed she isn’t scared of the idea of being a mom to twins after a fortune-teller hinted babies were in her near future.
The former Bachelorette star, 35, spoke about a recent run-in with a psychic at Chipotle during the Thursday, October 8, episode of her “Off the Vine” podcast, detailing what the woman predicted will happen for her and boyfriend Jason Tartick.
“I saw a card reader just sitting outside [the restaurant],” she told her podcast guest and business partner, Clio de la Llave, noting it was only $10 for a reading, which was a “hell of a deal.”
De la Llave asked the Dancing With the Stars contestant how many psychics she’s seen this year, to which Bristowe replied, “so many” before discussing the outcome of her sit-down.
“She was just this little crystal ball reader on the side of the street, like, no idea who I am and I walked up to her and she said to me, ‘Do you want to know bad? If I pull out bad cards or do you want to know good and bad?’” she recalled. “And I said, ‘Yes.’ I don’t know why I said that cause I really don’t wanna know bad.”
The Canada native explained that she was “drawn” to one deck during the reading and when the fortune-teller began flipping cards, positive predictions followed.
“She was just saying something crazy was going to happen in November on TV for me,” Bristowe said, referencing her DWTS run. “And she said I’m gonna have two kids and that it’s gonna happen soonish.”
De la Llave chimed in, yelling, “twins” to which the podcast host replied, “Oh, my god, I’d be so happy.”
The Dew creator added: “When she said two kids and soonish I was like that is probably what will happen next.”
Earlier this month, Bristowe talked about having a child with Tartick, 31, by any means necessary.
“Being a mom is a dream and aspiration,” the reality star told Tartick on the October 6 episode of her podcast. “If Artem [Chigvintsev] and I win the mirrorball [trophy on DWTS], I will poke holes in your condom.”
The Spade & Sparrows wine founder explained that motherhood is definitely a goal of hers within the next few years with the Buffalo native, who she’s been dating since January 2019.
“I genuinely have always wanted to be a mom,” she added.
Bristowe, who shares two dogs with Tartick, was previously engaged to Shawn Booth. The pair met on season 11 of The Bachelorette in 2015 and confirmed their split in November 2018.
