Congratulations! Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ 17-year-old daughter, Lola, is a high school graduate.
“Happening now!!!!!” the Live With Kelly and Ryan host, 48, captioned a Wednesday, June 13, Instagram Story upload of her teenager and husband, also 48. In the father-daughter pic, Lola paired her cap and gown with a white dress and gold heels, while her dad wore a black suit.
The night before her daughter’s big day, the former soap actress shared a smiling shot of Lola and her friends in the kitchen. “Pre grad pizza,” the TV personality captioned the group photo. “Summer 2019.”
She and the Riverdale actor, who also share sons Michael, 22, and Joaquin, 16, sent their daughter off to prom last week. “It only took 20 hours, but we finally got two approved prom photos,” Ripa captioned two photos of Lola in a formfitting green gown with a slit. The teen pinned a corsage on her date in one picture and posed with her mom in the other.
Consuelos posted the mother-daughter shot to his own account, writing, “My girls. #prom.”
“You make em gorgeous,” his wife commented.
Ripa and the actor tied the knot in 1996 and started growing their family three years later.
In November 2018, the All My Children alum told Us Weekly exclusively how her brood reacts to her and her husband’s affectionate moments. “My daughter and my older son, if there’s PDA, they are disgusted,” she told Us at the time. “And by PDA I don’t mean … We’re not making out, but if there’s PDA, like, if Mark gives me a kiss, they’re like, ‘Ugh, ugh!’ I mean, really, that’s the reaction. They’re disgusted!”
As for her youngest, Ripa added: “He’s like, ‘Aw, that’s so nice.’ He’s still sweet. They haven’t ruined him yet, the other two, but I know it’s coming. I’ve got, like, a year left and then he’ll be like, ‘Ew!’”
