HOMES

The insider tells Us that Lambert gets the Nashville property in the split.

The source says Shelton, 39, will get the ranch located outside of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. The modest 1200-acre property belonged to Shelton prior to the couple's marriage, and is located 30 minutes south of his hometown. Shelton opened the doors to the four-bedroom ranch in a 2008 spread with Country Weekly.

"This kinda turned into the place where all the family holidays happen," he said in April 2008 of his home. "That’s what attracted me to this particular place. It was built as a huntin’ lodge; it was built to tear it up. That’s why it’s got concrete floors. I’m gonna walk in with muddy boots, go from the front door to the refrigerator and get a beer and back out. You can watch every track."

PETS

The animal-loving songstress, 31, who is known for her many pets, is still "working that out" with her now-ex-husband, the insider tells Us. However, Lambert will keep the horses that Shelton bought her, while he will keep his own. The insider adds that Lambert will keep most of the dogs that belonged to her.

Most of Lambert's puppies have been rescued. In a Summer 2013 cover story with Modern Dog magazine, the songstress dished details on some of her pets. "I have a lot of animals! Our pets are all mixed breeds. Delta Dawn is a Chihuaua/Pug," she shared. "I brought her home and she was in bad shape and I nursed her back to health… We also have Cher, a Chihuahua. I took a friend to a shelter to adopt a dog for his daughter. That’s when I saw a new puppy being brought in that weighed about one pound. She was only four or five weeks old. Someone had heard her crying from a box in a dumpster. After seeing her and hearing the story, I knew immediately she was mine."

Lambert also told Modern Dog about her Terrier mix Delilah, her first adoptee, and the couple's hound Betty. "Betty is Blake's dog in every way," she said at the time. "We found her and her sister on the side of the road in Oklahoma around our neighbourhood. She acts just like Blake, as she’s the most mischievous and loving thing in the world. She travels with both of us off and on."

She also has two golden retrievers, Jessie and Waylon. "It was pouring, and I wasn’t sure what I saw but we stopped and found those two little puppies and took them to the vet immediately," Lambert dished of the pooches. "Both of them love living on my farm and they’re fully-grown and very happy dogs."

Along with the dogs, Lambert also shared that she has a flock of chickens, two potbellied pigs, three minihorses, three horses, and three cats. "Every animal has a special place in my heart. Especially my dogs—some of them go everywhere with me," she gushed. "They are like my kids, with their own unique personalities."

While TMZ reported that Lambert has been moving her show animals, including her horses, a camel, and a llama, off the couple's ranch, the source tells Us that the "Gunpowder and Lead" singer does not, in fact, have a camel or a llama.

In her final magazine interview before the divorce — for Country Living's June 2015 cover story — Lambert told the mag that she and Shelton had plans to expand their lives as they settled into a routine.

"We're building a new house, and I've been saving inspiration on Pinterest," Lambert said in the interview. "A friend of mine recently said, 'I can see your Pinterest boards, and all you have on there are dog rooms.' My husband and I have 15 rescue animals, and I spend way too much time planning our pets' spaces. I'm like, okay, I probably need to move on to the laundry room!"

The dynamic duo, who were staples in the music awards show circuit for years, shocked countless fans on Monday when they announced their split to Us Weekly on Monday. "This is not the future we envisioned," the stars told Us in a joint statement via their reps. "And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately."

Hours later, Us confirmed that their divorce was finalized.
