Brooke Mueller is back in rehab, multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly.
According to a source, the mom of 6-year-old twins Bob and Max — whom she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen — is scheduled to complete a six-month-long stint at the treatment facility, where she’s been for the past month and a half.
The news comes two months after Sheen revealed his HIV status on the Today show in November.
"Brooke has been inundated with calls from friends and family," Mueller's rep, Steve Honig, told Us in a statement at the time of Sheen’s announcement. "To put their minds at ease, Brooke can confirm that she and the boys are not HIV-positive."
Mueller, 38, who was married to Sheen from 2008 to 2011 and has long battled substance abuse, last checked into a 90-day treatment center in early 2012, following her December 2011 drug and assault charges. She also previously checked herself into a treatment facility in February 2010, among other occasions.
Mueller’s rep declined to comment.
