Jersey Shore alum Jenni “JWoww” Farley surprised her friends and family by tying the knot with fiancé Zack Carpinello in a secret wedding ceremony.
“After all these years together, being able to celebrate our love surrounded by the people who have supported us throughout our journey meant everything,” the couple said in an exclusive statement to Us Weekly. “The day was filled with laughter, happy tears and so much gratitude. We couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter of our lives.”
The newlyweds pulled off an elaborate surprise for loved ones by inviting them to attend a special screening of Farley’s new movie, Nanny Cam, on Wednesday, June 24. Guests arrived at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey, to find the venue decorated in shades of dark red with elegant florals to evoke “a modern Beauty and the Beast fairy tale.”
Old Bay Mayor Debbie Walker served as an officiant for the ceremony, which also integrated Farley’s two children in special roles. (Farley shares Meilani, 11, and Greyson, 10, with her ex-husband, Roger Mathews, from whom she split in 2019.)
“More than anything, we wanted the day to feel authentic to us,” Farley, 41, shared with People who first broke the news. “The surprise element, the family focus and the intimate guest list all allowed us to create something personal and meaningful.”
The couple added in a joint statement, “We’ve spent months keeping this secret, creating invitations, planning the movie-themed details and building the surprise. Seeing our family and friends go from thinking they’re attending a special screening for Nanny Cam to realizing they’re actually at our wedding will be a moment we’ll never forget.”
Farley — who wore an off-the-shoulder white gown — and Carpinello, 31, mixed traditional and handwritten vows, having specifically chosen June 24 as the date for the nuptials because it falls halfway between their birthdays — on February 27 and December 21, respectively.
“We wanted the day to feel personal, memorable, and full of joy, and there’s something really special about sharing such a meaningful surprise with the people we love most,” they said.

The couple are now headed off to honeymoon with close friends in Italy and Switzerland.
Farley and Carpinello went public with their relationship in April 2019, following the Jersey Shore star’s split from ex-husband Mathews, 51, the previous September.
In March 2021, Farley revealed that Carpinello, a professional wrestler, proposed during a visit to the historic Empire State Building.
“On 2.27 I said yes on the top of the Empire State Building,” she revealed on March 9, 2021.
In his own 2019 tribute to JWoww, Carpinello wrote, “You mean absolutely everything to me. You are my world. You are tremendously special in so many ways. You are an absolutely gorgeous woman inside and out. We are incredible together, and I want to be by your side for the rest of time.”
