It’s not hard to read between the lines. Kourtney Kardashian took to Twitter on Friday, March 4, to share a quote about heartache the same night that her ex, Scott Disick, defended his partying ways during an appearance in Las Vegas.
“A smile hides my pain, a hug masks my heartache, and a laugh covers my tears,” the mom of three wrote. Later, when a fan replied to her wise words by noting that pain leads to strength, Kardashian, 36, agreed.
“God knows it’s true,” the reality star replied. “I would never change a thing. Positive vibes always.”
Kardashian’s shared her somber thoughts after photos surfaced showing Disick, 32, partying with pal Joe Francis and several women in Mexico.
The self-proclaimed Lord has even been snapped with beer bottles in hand, despite entering rehab for his drug and alcohol addictions last October.
On Friday, the troubled reality star hung out at the 1 Oak nightclub in The Mirage hotel, with club owner Eli Pacino and NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel.
At one point during the night, Disick addressed his partying ways. “I just back from Mexico and they said I was a bad motherf–ker for having a cigarette and a beer,” he told the crowd. “I see two thousand motherf–kers doing the same thing here right now. Why’s everybody got to come at me?”
An insider previously told Us that Disick was back to his hard-partying ways while in Punta Mita, Mexico.
“[There were] no shortage of models around him at all times,” the source told Us. “He always had a drink in hand. He seems like he’s in a dark place and not very happy.”
Kardashian and Disick, who have three children — Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 14 months — split last summer after he was spotted cozying up to an ex in the South of France.
