Shahs of Sunset alum Lilly Ghalichi has filed to dismiss her petition for divorce from husband Dara Mir — marking the fourth time the pair have called off their legal split, Us can exclusively report.
In court documents obtained by Us, Lilly, 43, requested to dismiss her divorce petition on Tuesday, July 21, just over one year after filing her motion. The Bravolebrity filed for divorce in June 2025, citing irreconcilable differences and stating that they have a prenuptial agreement in place. Dara responded to Lilly’s petition, requesting joint custody of daughter Alara, 7, and son Kashton, 4.
Lilly and Dara, 45, got married in 2017, one year before welcoming Alara in 2018. Dara first filed for divorce in August 2019, dismissing the request less than two months later. Lilly later filed for divorce in August 2020 and requested a dismissal the next month.
“It’s not like anything atrocious has happened between us that would result in us not being able to be friends or not being able to coparent or whatever the future may hold for us,” Lilly exclusively told Us in October 2018 of coparenting Alara with her then-estranged spouse. “I think when two people are married there is that really deep connection and deep level of love at some point that brought them to that point that got them to get married and make vows to each other.”
When asked about a potential reconciliation, Lilly told Us, “Never say never.”
“We’re like anyone else, you never know what the future holds,” she stated. “We’re just taking it one day at a time!”
At the time, Lilly hoped her future included more children.
“I’m having more kids 1,000 percent. Becoming a mother has been the most life-changing experience in my life for the better,” Lilly added. “I’ve never experienced anything harder or more difficult, but at the same time, never something as rewarding as seeing your baby, your flesh and blood. … I definitely want more children with or without a man.”
Two months after calling off their divorce, Lilly filed for divorce again in November 2020. She dismissed the petition in February 2021. Lilly and Dara announced that they were expecting baby No. 2 the following year.
“Surprise!!!!” she wrote via her Instagram Stories in January 2022. “Sorry I’ve been so MIA. It’s been a hard few months this pregnancy. Thrilled to be expecting our next baby and finally feeling better.”
Lilly gave birth to son Kashton in June 2022, three years before filing for divorce in 2025. Her latest filing marks the couple’s fourth divorce dismissal in six years.
Neither Lilly nor Dara have publicly addressed their on-again, off-again marriage. Us has reached out for comment.
Lilly rose to fame on Bravo’s Shahs of Sunset during season 2 and 3, but did not return for its The Valley: Persian Style spinoff. Despite her absence, Lilly has supported her former costars’ onscreen endeavors.
“Lilly Ghalichi, who you may remember from seasons 2 and 3, has been unbelievably supportive and amazing,” Reza Farahan told Us in November 2025. “I talked to Destiney [Rose]. Sara Jeihooni, who was just on one season, has been really wonderful. She was on Kings Court. I hit her up to congratulate her on Kings Court. She hit me up to congratulate me.”
On the new show, Reza, 52, and friends Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi and Mercedes “MJ” Javid traded Beverly Hills for suburban life in the Valley.
