Lindsie Chrisley will no longer be joining her podcast cohost, Kailyn Lowry, on her Fatherless Behavior tour.
Lowry, 34, confirmed on the Thursday, June 4, episode of their “Coffee Convos” podcast that Chrisley, 36, has dropped out of the tour and will no longer accompany the Teen Mom alum at her shows in Charleston, Charlotte and Durham, North Carolina, in July.
“Know in advance that Lindsie will actually not be joining me on tour for any of the tour dates for anyone who may have purchased tickets specifically for Lindsie and I together,” Lowry told listeners. “I don’t want you guys to get there and be surprised, and I do understand if you guys want a refund on those tickets.”
Lowry has been hosting “Coffee Convos” solo since Chrisley’s May 23 DUI arrest. During Thursday’s episode, the reality TV personality confirmed that she has seen fans asking questions about Chrisley’s legal situation, but she is not in a place to discuss it.
“I’m seeing the horrible ones, I’m seeing the good ones, I’m seeing the ones who are willing to ride this out with us,” she said. “I see them, and I just want you guys to know that they’re not going unnoticed. I’m not trying to evade your questions, I’m not trying to ignore, I’m not sweeping things under the rug. There are certain things when it comes to legal, I cannot discuss them, no matter how much I want to, and that’s what the PR team is for, that’s what lawyers are for. I cannot speak on them; it’s literally not because I don’t want to. So I just wanted to put that out there for full transparency.”
Chrisley was arrested in Georgia on May 23 for DUI less safe, attempting to elude police, improper passing, reckless driving and speeding. (In Georgia, DUI less safe means someone can face charges of driving under the influence even if their blood alcohol concentration is below 0.08 percent.)
The Cherokee County Jail confirmed the Chrisley Knows Best alum was released after posting bond on May 24. Her bail was set at $1,355 for the DUI less safe, $680 for improper passing, $565 for reckless driving and $2,006 for speeding.

In a police report obtained by Us Weekly, the officer at the scene claimed that Chrisley was “speeding, tailgating and flashing [her] high beams” on the night of her arrest. She allegedly drove at nearly 90 miles per hour and “fled” from authorities before pulling over to the side of the street. The officer alleged that Chrisley’s breath smelled like alcohol and that she slurred her words. She also allegedly refused to perform a field sobriety test.
Chrisley told TMZ after her arrest that she planned to “fight the charge.”
“I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two-lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was,” she claimed in a statement.
On Monday, June 1, Chrisley’s lawyer filed a motion to suppress all evidence that was seized during her DUI arrest last month, Us exclusively reported. Her lawyer claimed in the paperwork that Chrisley “anticipates that [prosecutors] … will attempt to introduce … evidence of property illegally obtained or seized.”
“All property or evidence seized from [Chrisley] was done so illegally due to a lack of probable cause to seize the items,” the court docs stated.
Todd Hayes, Solicitor-General for Cherokee County, told Us in response, “My office is in the process of reviewing the evidence in the case in order to make appropriate charging decisions. No such decisions have been finalized at this time.”
