The Final Five opened up about the Rio Games — and how they get their rock-hard abs — in an interview with Us Weekly on Tuesday. “I do at least an hour of conditioning a day. … It’s not overnight. We’ve trained for years and years and years and years,” Raisman, 22, said. “It’s not something you just, like, eat healthy for a week, and it happens. It’s all in moderation. Like, we had pizza for lunch today.”
