Taylor Frankie Paul and Whitney Leavitt’s friendship has seemingly soured once more.
Eagle-eyed Secret Lives of Mormon Wives fans noticed on Tuesday, July 14, that Whitney, 33, no longer follows Taylor, 32, on Instagram.
After an Instagram fan account reported the apparent unfollowing, Taylor “liked” the post and replied, “Good.” (Us Weekly can confirm that Whitney does not currently follow Taylor, though it is not clear when that occurred.)
“Since she is ‘leaving’ for the 100th time I’ll give my last words about her,” Taylor wrote, referring to Whitney’s departure from the series after season 5. “I stuck up for her since the [RSV] hospital video. I bet she doesn’t even recall that. The show I gave her grace against a whole cast MULTIPLE times.”
Taylor added, “She is very successful and I always supported that. Just for her smile and pile on at my lowest. Let’s be honest she’s been waiting for my downfall since day one, and she still ain’t gonna get it because she could have everything and still chose not to reach a hand 🙋🏻♀️. Bye Whit, cya mid-season when you come back.”
Whitney, who has not publicly addressed Taylor’s comments, previously attributed her Mormon Wives exit to pursuing new opportunities. Taylor, meanwhile, is reportedly planning to return for season 5 after a brief hiatus amid her domestic violence dispute with ex Dakota Mortensen.
Production on Mormon Wives season 5 was halted earlier this year after Taylor and Dakota, 33, were the subject of a domestic violence investigation. Both sides have vehemently denied any wrongdoing, each filing protective orders against each other.
In March, 2023 footage of Taylor throwing chairs at Dakota resurfaced online. As a result, Taylor’s then-upcoming season of The Bachelorette was pulled by ABC and Utah courts awarded Dakota sole custody of their 2-year-old son, Ever, with visitation rights to the influencer. (Taylor also shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6, with ex-husband Tate Paul.)
“I have a lot of emotions about it and I’m still processing everything that’s happening, but the safety of human beings, especially children, comes first,” Whitney succinctly told Interview at the time, referring to the scandal without mentioning Taylor by name. “Always, period, the end. And I don’t want that to be tolerated. I don’t want that to be overlooked. It’s just so fresh. That’s all I have to say about that.”
While Whitney has since taken a step back from MomTok, Taylor is focused on her healing journey following a stint at an in-patient treatment facility last month.
“I knew that I was in a spot to take a step back and be like, ‘OK, we need to reset,’” Taylor explained in a July 5 social media video. “Facilities are not for just substance. … There are a list of reasons why people go into that. Number one priority was just a reset for my mental health, and to get away, decompress, whether it’s one day, whether it’s seven, whether it’s 30. I willingly did that.”
