The Dance Moms alum was spotted outside of her halfway house in Long Beach, California, where she will be serving the rest of her sentence. Miller, 51, was dressed casually in a long-sleeved white shirt, gray shorts, tall white socks and black slip-on sandals.

Miller left the halfway house on Wednesday for a trip to Arby's. She wore an all-black outfit including black pants, black sunglasses and a black t-shirt from The Abby Lee Dance Company.

Her outings come after a source confirmed to Us Weekly that she was transferred to the halfway house on Tuesday, March 27, after serving eight months in prison at the Victorville Federal Correctional Institution. She reacted to the news of her release on social media on Tuesday with a meme of Kermit the Frog sipping tea.

After going to the fast food eatery’s drive-thru, she went to a nail salon in Los Angeles where she was seen smiling and waving at other customers.

Miller treated herself to a pedicure while at the salon. As part of her supervised release, Miller will now be expected to follow many strict conditions. According to the court documents from Miller’s case obtained by Us, she will be expected to report to her probation officer, refrain from possessing controlled substances or weapons, follow living arrangement guidelines and maintain full-time employment.

The Lifetime personality was seen getting into a black Fiat car. As previously reported, the reality star was sentenced to 366 days in prison in May 2017 for bankruptcy fraud and for not reporting that she brought $120,000 worth of Australian currency into the United States. She began serving her time in July.
