"Hold On," Chynna Phillips.
The 43-year-old singer was the fourth contestant to be eliminated from Season 13 of Dancing With the Stars. She and pro partner Tony Dovolani, 38, failed to impress the judges Monday night with their Mission Impossible tango routine — and it cost them the competition.
"I'm disappointed. I'm sad, but I have to take responsibility," Phillips said during Tuesday's results show. "I messed up, but I had an amazing partner."
"Tony has been there for me 100 percent the entire way," she added. "I'm very grateful to have been on this show and had the opportunity."
Phillips admitted that she struggled to remember the choreography during Monday's performance, which ultimately led to their demise.
"I saw the frightened look in her face and I just wanted to calm her down. It's a live sow, things happen," Dovolani explained. "Blackouts have happened to all of us, and the thing is, she finished the routine."
Phillips joins previously eliminated contestants Ron Artest (Metta World Peace), Elisabetta Canalis and Kristin Cavallari.
