Summer House stars KJ Dillard and Dara Levitan have seemingly called it quits after their whirlwind season 10 romance, according to costar Jesse Solomon.
“They broke up, yeah,” Solomon, 32, said on the Tuesday, June 9, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen after being asked why KJ, 28, and Dara, 33, allegedly unfollowed each other on social media. “Last I heard they were broken up. Sorry if that’s not public.”
KJ, for his part, claimed earlier this month that Dara “had” to end their relationship over his mental health struggles.
“Pre-show, nothing was really going on for me. Modeling was slow. I’d taken a break during the summer to focus on the show,” he explained on Carl Radke‘s “More Life” podcast. “Financially, I was in a terrible place. Me and Dara were struggling because I was taking out what I was going through out on her. I wasn’t even aware of it. I also was not in therapy. “I was only on one medication for my anxiety and depression, but I didn’t realize that I had another diagnosis.”
According to KJ, he hit his “rock bottom” when Dara broke up with him.
KJ and Dara sparked a romance in summer 2025 while filming season 10 of the Bravo series, which served as their debut season, after meeting through mutual friend and castmate West Wilson.
West, 31, invited his ex-girlfriend Dara to a singles’ party in New York City early on in the season, where she connected with Ben Waddell. (Dara and West dated in 2022 for about six months.)
However, once Dara came to the Hamptons for her first Summer House bash that same week, she quickly bonded with KJ, who is from the same state as West.
KJ asked Dara out days after the Renaissance-themed party and they were attached at the hip the remainder of the summer.
The pair’s romance continued to blossom throughout fall 2025 and KJ exclusively told Us in March that they were “boyfriend and girlfriend.”
“I love her tremendously. She’s the best. I wish she was here right now,” he told Us of Dara while attending the Reality TV Greats dinner in Los Angeles. “She has a completely different upbringing than I do, which I’m attracted to, but emotionally we’re very similar, and I love that about her.”
The model noted that Dara is “mature, she’s strong, she’s beautiful and I don’t know, she puts me in check.”
As Summer House continued to air throughout spring 2026, viewers got glimpses at the couple’s romance via social media and public appearances.
In April, KJ and Dara jetted off to Mexico together, documenting their romantic getaway via Instagram. They then traveled to Bermuda in May, before attending a wedding together that same month.
“Forever wedding date,” Dara captioned a series of photos from the occasion on May 24.
As KJ and Dara grew more attached to each other, Bravo faithfuls were rooting for them to last as well.
However, shortly after part 1 of the season 10 reunion aired on May 26, fans started to speculate that there may be trouble in paradise.
While the pair attended the Ciara Miller x DSW collaboration dinner at The New York Edition together on May 27, eagle-eyed fans noticed on May 28 that KJ and Dara were no longer following each other on Instagram.
KJ seemed to untag Dara in their couple photos on his Instagram profile, which raised eyebrows among his followers. He also shared a cryptic message on Threads that read, “Welp,” on May 27, which caused a stir.
Dara, for her part, still had a bunch of photos with KJ on her Instagram account as of May 28, but only tagged him in a few of them. She also deactivated her Threads account after previously showing support for KJ’s mental health on the platform.
