Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino made sure he was well fed this Christmas, just weeks before his time behind bars is slated to begin. In fact, judging by the reality star’s Instagram Stories, just about every major food group was covered in the holiday feast.

Sorrentino’s family meal, which helped mark the first Christmas he and wife Lauren Pesce spent together as a married couple, consisted of several decadent dishes. The offerings included lobster tails topped with breadcrumbs, linguine with clams, Christmas day prime rib, lasagna with meat and antipasto and prosciutto platters that contained an array of dried meats, cheeses, olives and other vegetables.

As far as sweets were concerned, the Sorrentinos served sprinkle cookies, rainbow cookies, brownies dusted with powdered sugar and a massive platter of tiramisu.

Sorrentino, 36, even included a snap shot of his own “Christmas breakfast” plate, which was piled high with a crescent roll, lobster, linguine with clams and what appeared to be fried shrimp.

The Jersey Shore alum, who was sentenced in October to eight months in prison for tax evasion, must surrender to the Bureau of Prisons by Tuesday, January 15. Despite the impending prison sentence, Pesce and Sorrentino, who tied the knot in November, are eager to build a life together. “We don’t necessarily have a plan for [when I go away]. I don’t know if you can actually plan for such a thing,” Sorrentino previously told Us Weekly exclusively after the wedding. “But it’s gonna be a blip in the radar and, you know, we’re happy to start a family now.”

Added Pesce, 33, “If you have ever been through someone getting sober through recovery, if you come out on the other side of that successfully and in a positive way, anything is possible. Like he said, a blip in the radar and not a concern for us.”
