Forget shaken or stirred, a cafe in India serves tea after swinging it upside down in an open glass! The eatery, which is called The Chappati Factory, is located in Ponnani, Kerala, a state on India’s tropical Malabar Coast, and it’s tea service is truly unique.

As evidenced by footage shared by BBC reporter Megha Mohan on Sunday, September 9, instead of pouring the tea into a glass or cup and serving it, the staff at The Chappati Factory pours tea, cream and froth into a glass in separate layers and then combines everything by swinging the beverage upside down in a circular motion.

And even though that sounds like it has the potential to be very messy, the servers at The Chappati Factory hold the glass in a way that prevents any liquid in the vessel from escaping, while simultaneously thoroughly combining the tea.
