Flowers aren’t the only thing that will be blossoming this spring! That’s right, thanks to this collection our wardrobes can fully blossom, too! Chriselle Lim designed her newest collection with one theme in mind: Blossoming. Lim’s mission was clear. She wanted to create a collection that was soft and feminine but also hinted a few masculine touches to make sure women felt empowered. In other words? Lim wanted her ready-to-wear collection to be just that, ready to wear.
This collection is a celebration of life. Whether it was the addition of her newest miracle (a new baby girl!) or her milestone with another collection, Lim let life imitate art. When designing this collection, Lim told Us Weekly that she thought of pieces she’d like to wear when looking to embrace life, one milestone — or celebration — at a time. From playful prints to soft sweaters and even a flirty frock, there is a silhouette for each and every moment for all women out there. In fact, these are our not only our five must-have pieces but Lim’s favorite’s too, to embrace ASAP!
1. This Must-Have Sweater
What It Is: The Venus V-Neck Sweater
Why We Love It: The V-neck sweater is the most perfect puffed sweater ever. This sweet silhouette goes ahead and features puffed sleeves, a slightly cropped fit and an open-stitched design throughout. The cream sweater’s light texture gives this silhouette the perfect vintage charm. The super-flattering silhouette is not only ideal but ideal for every woman.
The Designer Says: The V-neck sweater came to fruition during Lim’s pregnancy since she knew she was going to be postpartum when this collection eventually launched. The mom-of-two was painfully aware of how much work raising a newborn requires. Her mission was to create a sweater that came equipped “with easy access to feed babies in.” Mission accomplished if asking Us!

2. The Must-Have Jumpsuit
What It Is: The Juliette Jumpsuit
Why We Love It: The Juliette Jumpsuit is the most perfect one-piece ever. The partially lined jumpsuit features bodice buttons, adjustable shoulder straps and even back patch pockets. The double-breasting styling just amps up the looks and feel of this utilitarian piece. All in all, this straight-leg jumpsuit is just divine.
The Designer Says: Lim believes that this collection was “built for the girl who wants to do it all.” It’s for “girl who needs to wear a million hats during the day and wants to feel and look good doing it.” So of course, if asking Us, the Juliette is just the jumpsuit to do it all in! Strap on some strappy sandals for that “feminine and pretty” feel Lim speaks of. And of we go!

3. The Must-Have Blazer
What It Is: The Cherie Stripe Blazer
Why We Love It: Call it the absolute cherry on top! Honestly, the Cherie Stripe Blazer is the blazer leaving Us all green with envy! The crisply striped, double-breasted blazer features ruched sleeves which add a casual flair. Pair it with the matching Cherie striped shorts for suit set to cheer up just about anyone’s day (or wardrobe).
The Designer Says: “Blazers are such a good transitional piece,” Lim says, noting that when looking for the most transitional place, this Cherie blazer is the one-and-only option. When looking for the most work-appropriate look, the designer recommends wearing “the blazer with the matching bottoms with pumps.” She also says this blazer can transition easily for a more casual look, say on a day off when paired with “a pair of jeans and sneakers for a cool girl!”

4. The Must-Have Buckle Dress
What It Is: The Sandrine Safari Dress
Why We Love It: Who said we had to go to Disney’s Magic Kingdom to dress for the safari? Not Us! The Sandrine Safari Dress it not just the safe way to wear the safari-inspired trend, but the stylish way, too! This deep olive green dress will channel the bold and fierceness of the zoo while keeping it classy with the contrast stitching. The flap pockets, wide coordinating belt and sleeveless features are also added bonuses! Simply slip into the Sandrine and prepare for the compliments to run wild!
The Designer Says: The mom-of-two pointed out each piece was designed to be flattering for all body types. “All of the pieces [were designed to] make sure [that they] flatter[ed] that midsection area,” Chriselle explained. With each piece built to make women “feel feminine and pretty but still powerful and empowered” what better way than in this strong safari dress!

5. The Must-Have Flowy Dress
What It Is: The Handkerchief Hem Midi Dress
Why We Love It: The Handkerchief Hem Midi Dress is the ultimate must-have dress option. The retro-chic polka-dot dress is designed in an olive green hue that’s swoon-worthy. It doesn’t just flow, it actually flows. The asymmetrical, flowy hemline pairs to perfection with a tie front that includes bow detailing. Honestly, the entire design has Us spinning!
The Designer Says: Not only is this bold look appropriate for daytime wear, Lim so brilliantly points out its ideal for date night dressing, too! “The Sandrine dress is very feminine” and it “flows” which is perfect when going with the flow on last-minute dinners and work-to-date-dinners. The designer added that the Sandrine is “great for date night” when “paired with some gold jewelry and strappy sandals!”
