This supplement is designed to help you relax at night and promote healthier sleep with the inclusion of melatonin, as well as boost metabolism to burn fat while you snooze. Green bean coffee extract is said to help eliminate nighttime cravings and white kidney bean extract is billed as a carb-blocking metabolism booster that is supposed to aid in weight loss.
