This maxidress has a wide V-neckline with thin but sturdy spaghetti straps. It’s a slip-on style and made of a super soft and comfortable material that doesn’t cling or constrict, but still grazes our body for a fitted, flattering silhouette. Keeping the fit even more relaxed is the stunning slit in the skirt!
The skirt reaches to the bottom of our ankles, while the peak of the slit, which runs up the front of the left leg, hits just above the knee. This creates ease of movement when we’re walking around or potentially running to catch a cab before it drives away! It also allows the fabric to drape and flow effortlessly in the breeze!
While the slit already captured our attention and our heart, the back of this dress is where we start to see fireworks. The back is mostly open, which not only has an alluring vibe, but also helps to keep us cool in the heat. At the end of the straps, the fabric forms a V that meets at the small of the back in a twist, connecting to the skirt of the dress in a chic knot!
This knotted detail is unique and gorgeous, and we absolutely love how it also forms a narrow cut-out on either side of the twist!

This maxidress is currently available in six colors. For those of us who love an elongating black dress (all of us), boohoo has hooked us up with one! There’s also a navy if we’re feeling a little blue, but in a good way.
Forever obsessed with how amazing olive green looks on every skin tone and how it matches with everything? Check out the Khaki shade. For more of a true neutral, Sand may end up being our favorite, but if so, hurry, because it’s selling out fast!
