Shoppers are saying this is “the best crossbody bag ever,” which explains why it has almost a full five-star rating with hundreds of reviews! They’re calling it a “perfect match” for both formal wear and casual wear alike. One shopper said it met their “highest expectations,” while another commented on how even though it’s a compact purse, it’s still “super roomy” on the inside. Many others listed out all of their belongings they could fit inside just to prove it!
The exterior of this bag is constructed of a textured leather, which both feels and looks luxe. Lining its rectangular shape is a stylish topstitching, which is the same color as the leather. Topstitching details are always the cutest. In the center, towards the top, is the logo plaque, which states “Michael Kors” in small capital letters.
Attached to this bag is an adjustable strap, which begins as a linked chain and converts to leather so it will rest comfortably against our body and on our shoulder. The strap is nice and skinny, so we won’t need to constantly adjust it during the day to fit right. We love an adjustable strap because not everyone is the same height, but we all still want our bag to hit that “just right” spot at our hips.
There is a top zip closure made of gilded hardware to keep our belongings from escaping like a hyper puppy off its leash. Nope, we wear bags so we can actually keep our things as our things. Inside the bag, we’ll find plenty of storage, including the main pocket as well as two slip pockets, one on each side of the bag. These pockets make it easier to keep our items accessible, like our phone, keys or a rollerball perfume.
The lining of the bag is a champagne-like shade, and its pattern differs slightly depending on which color bag we choose. For the green bag, the lining features a metallic chain design which intersects to form a diamond pattern. For the pink, the designer name is spaced out for a sparse, stripe-like effect. Both patterns have a gorgeous metallic sheen to them!
So, we mentioned the pink and green shades, but let’s get into more detail. The pink is called Rose, and it’s the springtime shade of all springtime shades. The soft, floral color is so pretty and has hints of purple, as well. It’s a fantastic choice to match with the gilded hardware, and would also be a fantastic choice to wear with shades of blue or green, as well as white, black and brown.
The other color is Racing Green, which is a jewel-toned emerald shade. The sparkle we’d expect from an emerald comes from the gold-toned hardware. We love a green (or pink) bag because it truly stands out from all the rest. Green, being an earthy color, also matches with pretty much any other shade! Treat it as a neutral when getting dressed and don’t worry about how it will match up. It’s going to match up, and fabulously.
