Will the real Marilyn Monroe please stand up?! Amber Portwood unveiled the results of her “mommy makeover” via Instagram on Sunday, October 23, and it seems the Old Hollywood icon was her inspiration.
The selfie, which Portwood, 26, shared three weeks after undergoing unspecified plastic surgery to regain her postbaby body, shows the Teen Mom OG star rocking Monroe’s iconic ice-blonde bob. Portwood is also wrapped in a plunging black top. She captioned the image with a simple, “Goodnight loves 😘.”
The image is not unlike the one the reality star shared two weeks before, with the late Gentlemen Prefer Blondes actress clad in black and her platinum hair in curls. “In a bit of pain today but this should subside soon,” Portwood captioned the shot. “I still look the same just have a tighter body now. Can’t wait for the full results.”
The Never Too Late author has been extremely open about her plastic surgery journey. Before she went into surgery on September 28, Portwood wrote via Instagram, “My mommy makeover is officially happening! Losing weight and gaining weight + having a baby can change your body. Time to feel good again.”
Three days later, the MTV star was back and updating her fans. “Had my mommy makeover and I’m now in recovery,” she wrote. “If you want your post mommy body back or you’ve lost a lot of weight then I would recommend it. And thanks for all the love and support. I truly appreciate it. Sending all my love.”
