It appears that Catherine Zeta-Jones has a twin — her own daughter! Carys Zeta Douglas, 13, hit the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story premiere in Los Angeles on December 10 alongside dad Michael Douglas. Though Zeta-Jones, 47, wasn’t present, Carys served as a flawless substitute.
The teen wore a black romper cinched with a white sash, black sandals with a gold heel and a square-frame handbag as she posed with Michael, 72, and brother Dylan, 16, clad in a suit.
It was a much dressier occasion than the family’s recent experience at October’s Desert Trip music festival, also known as “Oldchella,” in Indio, California. The couple, married for 17 years, took Carys and Dylan rocked out to acts including Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones. The kids even wore T-shirts printed with the Stones’ signature lip-and-tongue logo during the fun-filled weekend.
Their December 10 family outing came just one day after celebrating Kirk Douglas’ 100th birthday on Friday, December 9. “Who’s that dashing guy? How old is he? Well that’s my grandfather and today he is 100 years young,” Carys Instagrammed that day. “Pappy, you inspire me every single day. I love you and I’m so excited to see you on your special day.”
Catherine also shared a sweet sentiment on Instagram, sharing a montage of photos and videos set to David Bowie’s “Young Americans.” “Happy birthday Kirk,” a banner reads at the video’s beginning. “100 years old today. Love you Pappy.”
