Kim Zolciak isn’t shy about going under the needle for a little tweaking. So it comes as no surprise that the Don’t Be Tardy star, 38, took to Instagram on Monday, October 24, to share her latest procedure: filler injections on her butt to get rid of her cellulite dimples.
“Had to make a stop by @simonourianmd1 office last week while in LA!” Zolciak captioned the video clip, where she donned a thong while cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian plucked her bottom with a huge needle. “I can’t believe how much better my little 😂 dimples 😩 look! I’m sooooo excited. 😬😬”
Before the usual cast of trolls flooded her post with negative comments about her choice, Zolciak warned her 2.2 million followers that she didn’t have time for haters. “No negative Nancy’s please,” she continued. “I love to share my ‘secrets’ with you guys. I do it because it works and It makes me feel better about me ❤️ #OneCelluliteDimpleAtATime #ByeDimples”
In the video, Ourian, who also works with the Kardashian family, Lady Gaga and Naomi Campbell, asked Zolciak if she was in pain. “I have no pain,” she responded. “I think I was just more anxious in my mind.”
But Zolciak should be an old pro by now: she posted about the same procedure in August. “I went to see what he could do about these couple of dimples (really cellulite) on my butt cheeks and he got rid of them permanently!” she captioned a similar video on August 1, along with the hashtags #AlwaysHadThisOneDimple #SinceICanRemember. “I’m soooo excited!!!”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, who’s also fessed up to having breast augmentation, a tummy tuck and Botox, is passing down her love of perfecting her face and figure to her 19-year-old daughter, Brielle Biermann. The teen, who graduated from high school this summer, has lip injections just like her mother.
“She bothered me for five years about her lips. She was like, ‘I hate my lips, I hate my lips.’ So I’m like, then go fix them! You only go around this planet once,” Zolciak explained to Us Weekly in May. “If it makes her happy, so be it. She is a leader, not a follower. Social media sucks. It’s been difficult. I try to monitor my girls’ accounts, but Brielle is 19. But she can handle it better. She has confidence.”
