Kate Gosselin Alleges Jon Took $200,000 From Joint Account

Kate Gosselin is accusing estranged husband Jon of taking $200,000 from their joint account.
TMZ and RadarOnline have reported that Kate, 34, has hired Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer to go after Jon in Pennsylvania court Monday, hoping to have him held in contempt of court for violating the existing court order prohibiting either of them from withdrawing any money from the account without each other's consent.

The news caps off a rough week for the pair. On Tuesday, it was announced that TLC was renaming their show Kate Plus 8. Two days later, Jon, 32, announced that he wanted to halt production of the show because it wasn't healthy for their eight children. He also said he wanted to put the brakes on his divorce from Kate. On the Today show Friday, her lawyer said that Kate "really does want to engage Jon, it's just that he's not engaging her back. And that's really regrettable in any custody case."

382Kate claims all she wants is peace. Reporting this isn't going to bring any peace. From the start of their marriage that is on tape from taping Jon & Kate Plus Eight she is relentless. Jon has been ridiculed, put down, and bellittled by Kate. Nothing has changed since than. She is constantly trying to tear him apart by playing the media. She has proven over and over how spiteful and controlling she can be. When the story first broke she claimed Jon took $200,000 and she found out about it from getting overdraft notices. Then Kate appeared on the Today Show on 10/05/2009 in which she stated he took $230,000 and left her with only $1,000. She can't even get her lies straight. Overdraft notices are only sent when you spend more money in your account than what you actually have. The balance would have to be in the negative to have overdraft kick in. If she is left with a positive $1,000 she shouldn't be getting overdraft notices. She admitted to dipping into the account and had to put it back. As usual she couldn't deal with this in private. She wants the whole world to know because she just loves to continue the circus. Kate talks about peace. Well that's just another lie.
Can we just pull the plug on this show? I sick of both of them.

Barb had an excellent post. I agreed with her. However, for you simple-minded folks in the backwood trailers, that doesn't mean they any two posters are the same person. Do...you...know...what...country...you...live...in? I can't "speak" any slower for the simple-minded. We are all entitled to our opinions, even if they don't agree with yours. Kate is lying about the missing money an investigation will find that out where she spending all this money at.She even said in The View she couldn't take the kids off the show cause of money. She wants to be private but on TV complaining every minute she can. Maybe if you didn't get manicures and pricey stuff you have Money. I knew a single Mom who had 4 kids and managed to get them feed and clothed. and play half their college education if they wanted to go. She did by hard work and not sitting around whining.
