On the eve of the four-year anniversary of his father's death, Michael Jackson's oldest son Prince grabbed some chilly treats with girlfriend Remi Alfalah during an afternoon date in Beverly Hills. The pair, who have been spotted together for several months now, strolled along the sunny sidewalk on Monday, June 24 with a bodyguard in tow.
Jackson, 16, wore a black T-shirt, cargo shorts and black Nike sneakers for the daytime rendezvous, while Alfalah, a Kuwaiti princess, kept her wardrobe similarly dark in a black tank-top, black sweats and even a small black Chanel purse slung over her shoulder.
The pair originally met at their private Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, Calif., and have previously stepped out together and have even gone go-carting together.
Earlier this month, Prince's younger sister Paris, 15, made headlines after she was hospitalized for a suicide attempt and "major depression," sources told Us Weekly.
The siblings, who were "always so insanely close," had been having more tiffs prior to Paris' hospitalization, primarily over Paris' decision to reunite with their biological mother Debbie Rowe.
"Paris wanted her mom in her life, but Paris was younger and Prince remembers all of the awful things Michael told them about Debbie," a source told Us. "Prince feels Paris is betraying their father by getting close to Debbie."
"He has these massive fights with her and calls Paris a backstabber for getting to know 'that woman,'" the insider continued. "Paris and Prince fight all the time, and it really hurts Paris as they used to be close."
