This was 1 of the best dressed during that time. Looking back it may look weird, but she got praises for that outfit when she wore it. Come on US Weekly...we need to you compile a better list!

Honestly... in our time that would be the most weirdest outfit ever!! But it was actually very popular at that time.And think about it look Halle Berry now, she is amazing so you all don't have to criticize the way that they dressed

gosh that is just... wrong... it looks like she pieced a bikini top and floor length peasant skirt that she got from the back of her grandmother's closet together and tried to make it look sexy but actually made her look tacky

Did they throw this in to see if people would just gawk at the stupidity of including it on the list? It is a beautiful dress on a beautiful lady. It is also a very classy dress and not too revealing. Who makes this list?
