Who needs Meryl Streep when you've got Hillary Clinton? In an attempt to outshine Ellen DeGeneres' Twitter-crashing Oscars selfie, Jimmy Kimmel posted a group shot with former president Bill Clinton, his wife and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and their daughter Chelsea Clinton.
".@TheEllenShow- No Brad Cooper but 3 Clintons & a Kimmel @BillClinton @HillaryClinton @ChelseaClinton #selfie," the host of Jimmy Kimmel Live tweeted with the massive selfie.
And though the other smiling faces weren't A-List stars like the ones featured in DeGeneres' picture, Kimmel may have beat out the Oscars host with prestige.
The picture was taken at a panel of the Clinton Global Initiative University in Tempe, Arizona. The original group selfie was one of the standout moments from the 2014 Oscars.
Halfway through the ceremony, DeGeneres gathered up Hollywood's elite, including Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lawrence, Jared Leto, Channing Tatum, Julia Roberts, Kevin Spacey, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Lupita Nyong'o, and Bradley Cooper, for the record-breaking photo.
