Janel Parrish is an actress and singer known for her role as Mona Vanderwaal in the hit TV series Pretty Little Liars (2010-2017). Parrish began her acting career as a young child performing on stage. She made her Broadway debut in Les Misérables portraying Young Cosette.

Parrish later gained widespread recognition for her role in Pretty Little Liars and its spinoff Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists (2019), which earned her a Teen Choice Award for Choice TV Villain in 2012, 2016 and 2017. She also portrayed Jade in the film Bratz (2007) and Margot Covey in the popular To All the Boys film series (2018-2021).

Parrish married chemical engineer Chris Long in September 2018 in a ceremony in Hawaii. News broke of their split in April 2026.
