Adele can add fitness aficionado to her massive list of accomplishments. In a new photo, the singer looks slimmer and happier than ever following her split from her ex-husband, Simon Konecki.

The Sun reported on Tuesday, June 18, that the singer lost “more than a stone” (which equals 14 pounds) with the help of a new fitness routine: taking reformer Pilates classes with her friend Ayda Field — an actress who’s married to Robbie Williams. (Reps for the singer have not yet responded to Us‘ request for comment.)

The Grammy winner, 31, displayed her new slim figure in a photo with the Spice Girls over the weekend. In the picture, Adele wears a black top and high-waisted, silky black pants with a floral print. She stands in the middle of Geri Halliwell, Melanie “Mel B” Brown, Emma Bunton and Melanie Chisholm. The Spice Girls finished their Spice World UK reunion tour — sans “Posh Spice,” Victoria Beckham, of course — in London on Saturday, June 15.

Reformer Pilates is a well-known celebrity workout trend. Stars including Meghan Markle, Kate Hudson, Sofia Vergara, Naomi Campbell and plenty more include the Pilates machine in their fitness repertoire. Benefits of the exercise — usually taken with a trainer or in a class setting — include a strengthened core, the development of long, lean muscles and, of course, inches and pounds lost. Duchess Meghan once called reformer Pilates “the best thing you could do for your body.”

Adele quietly married her ex-husband, 45, in 2016. They share 6-year-old son, Angelo. A rep for the “Hello” singer announced in April 2019 that the pair had split. “They are committed to raising their son together lovingly,” the rep said in a statement.

In May, songwriter and frequent Adele collaborator Ryan Tedder told Us Weekly that the breakup “was very difficult. But she is in a good place, for sure.”
