There’s nothing like the prospect of fitting into a specific dress to make you step up your diet and fitness game! For Ashley Iaconetti, that dress means her wedding gown — and the totally see-through number she wore to fiancé Jared Haibon’s Chippendales event in Las Vegas on Saturday, December 8.

Recently, the Bachelor in Paradise star, 30, revealed to Us that she had turned to the South Beach diet. “I love eating,” she told Us in November. So she and Haibon, 29, needed a healthy strategy to control calorie intake. “We’re starting South Beach in a little bit,” she said of the meal plan that focuses on eating protein and complex carbohydrates. “Then we’ll be able to cut down on some of the delivery [take-out food] that we overdo it on.”

Before she started the celebrity-approved meal delivery service, the reality star began working out with trainer Stephen Pasterino. Under the guidance of the P.volve founder, she started keeping a food journal as she tweaked her eating habits.

“I’ve been really trying to incorporate a lot more apple cider vinegar in smoothies and more fruits and vegetables,” Iaconetti told Us in October. At the time, she said she would still eat pasta — but not fried foods. “I try to stay away from fried foods as much as possible because that’s where I see not only a difference in my body, but my skin too,” she said. “So every time I’m dining out I’m always like, ‘How is this going to affect your face as well?’”

The other food trick she uses leading up to a big event is extremely simple: “A couple days before, I just really cut down on salt, because I noticed that I really puff up,” she said. “Like, after sushi or pizza, my face will blow up the day after.”

The Bachelor Nation favorites are planning to get married in August 2019 in Rhode Island.
